I strive to ensure that every order is just right for you to love. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your jewelry when it arrives, I will take care of you. If a mistake was made on my part, please contact me within the first 48 hours after arrival so I can correct the issue right away. If you are dissatisfied with your jewelry for any other reason, I will try to find something else for you that you will love, or provide you with a prepaid return label so you can return your item. Send the unworn item back to me within 7 days of receipt and I will give you a refund minus any shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee if it was personalized.

Processing & Shipping
The current processing time s 3-5 business days. Orders that have over 10 items are subject to a longer delivery time, normally an additional 3 business days. Please know that I always do my best to create as quickly as possible, while also providing you with the highest quality pieces and the most heartfelt attention.
I ship worldwide via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
For international orders: Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for taxes and fees and customs charges for purchasing items from Joysoul Jewels headquarters in the United States.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to an address in the state of Florida are subject to a 6% sales tax, required by law. This is calculated at checkout. Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped outside Florida. Prices shown on this website do not include sales tax.
Signature Style
I hand cast each piece by pouring molten pewter into my molds. This process is what gives my pieces a beautiful organic, yet shiny look. There may be slight imperfections, which add to the beauty of my designs. Hand stamping consists of using a metal rod with a letter or design at the end and hammering each one. It is not the same as engraving, which is done by machine. All letters and design stamps are individually hammered into the metal by hand, making every item its own unique creation. Because of this, any stamped design may not be perfectly straight or spaced, and some may be deeper than others. This is part of the style of the pieces. I portray all of my jewelry as accurately as possible on this website by including photos, dimensions and descriptions of every item. Please keep in mind that the products may be depicted larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your computer settings, and colors of stones can also differ depending on your monitor settings.
Changes to Your Order
If for any reason you want to change something about your order after you paid, you will have to let me know within 24 hours after the order was submitted. If your order has been shipped, and you need to make a change to your order, you will have to send the package back to me (at your expense) so I can make the changes. An additional fee may be required depending on the change requested.
Lost or Damaged Packages
I try my very best to ensure that your items are packaged securely and I ship all orders with Delivery Confirmation (tracking number included). I am not responsible for your order being damaged after it has left my hands. Lost packages that are marked as Delivered via the USPS tracking system cannot be replaced or refunded. However, if your order is lost in transit and the tracking has stopped midway to you, please contact us. I will work with you to track it down or if all else fails, I will remake and resend the item.
